Ka'au Crater yoFIRST HIKE OF THE NEW YEAR! This hike was pretty fun besides the narrow muddy path. There is a high chance of slipping and sliding down the mountain-side. There are three beautiful waterfalls with the third cascading waterfall that we had to climb. I thought that was the most fun part of the hike because it reminded me of something similar I did in Tahiti. Some of the ropes were pretty sketchy so please test the ropes before using them O__O I was a bit annoyed for not going up the rim but overall, it was a nice hike. The view of the hidden crater was cool.
